Assembly Instructions
1. Download the document and print the pattern on cardstock. Cut it out carefully to use as a tracing template.

2. Trace the pattern on the craft foam with care. I used bright colors for the balloons and brown for the baskets.

3. You can cut the pieces apart from the sheet before cutting them out, which makes it easier.

4. Cut the ribbon into one inch lengths.

5. Glue the hot air balloon and the basket to the ribbon as shown, leaving a gap between the pieces. The ribbon side is the back of the SWAPS. This assembly allows the basket to be able to wobble and gives the appearance of dangling beneath the balloon.

6. Allow to dry, ribbon side up.

7. If desired, you can decorate the balloons with permanent markers.

8. Just slip a pin through the craft foam or hot glue a flat backed pin to the backside!
